Contact and diagnostic forms

When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the subject and your message. When you request a diagnostic, we receive your name, email address, company, role, engineering team size and the context you describe. We use them only to answer you and set up the diagnostic.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive. Messages are delivered by Formspree, Inc. (United States) and kept for up to three years after our last exchange.

Demo booking

The demo page embeds the Calendly scheduling tool (Calendly LLC, United States). When you book a slot, Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email address, answers to the booking questions) and sends them to us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly sets its own cookies for the booking tool and processes this data under its own privacy notice.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request. Booking details are kept for up to three years after our last exchange.

Cookies and audience measurement

With your consent, this website measures its audience with Google Analytics: pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location and visit duration, linked to a random identifier stored in the _ga and _ga_W9LE4TN492 cookies. Without your consent, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Google's advertising features are turned off.

Legal basis: your consent. Cookies are kept for 13 months at most, and data in Google Analytics for 14 months at most. Your choice, consent or refusal, is kept in your browser's local storage for 6 months, after which you are asked again. Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States.

Other third-party services

The website's fonts are hosted on idweo.com itself: no font service is contacted.

Hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States). Its servers record technical data (IP address, date, page requested) for the security and operation of the service.

Transfers outside Europe

Formspree, Calendly, GitHub and Google are based in the United States or may transfer data there. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension where the provider is certified, or otherwise on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@idweo.com; we answer within one month.

We never sell your data. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: the ICO in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk), the CNIL in France (cnil.fr), or the authority of the country where you live.
